Daniel Holland is the founder of Holland Homes, a residential homebuilding company based in Auburn, Alabama and partner at H+S General contractors. Raised in Springville, Alabama, he developed a passion for building at a young age after growing up around residential construction. He has worked in the building industry since 2007 and is a graduate of Auburn University’s Building Science program.

Guided by his faith and a values-driven approach to leadership, Daniel is committed to building communities that change the way people live through both his professional work and service. He lives in Auburn with his wife, Morgan, and their two children, John Daniel and Hannah.

Brandon Estes was born in Opelika, Alabama, and grew up in chambers county, where his appreciation for land, equipment, and the outdoors started early. Growing up riding dirt bikes, four-wheelers, camping, and fishing. He lives in Valley, AL with Courtney, his daughter Emma, and 3 dogs.
As the Horizontal Construction Project Leader at Holland + Seals, Brandon is the driving force behind all boots-on-the-ground field operations. He takes projects from raw, undeveloped land to fully turnkey, build-ready lots—coordinating grading, utilities, paving, and final details with precision and accountability. When Brandon receives a set of plans, he doesn’t just manage the work—he brings the vision to life in the field. Known for being both innovative and resourceful, Brandon leverages state-of-the-art technology alongside real-world construction experience to improve efficiency, quality, and communication. His ability to bridge traditional site work with modern tools gives Holland + Seals a distinct competitive edge.

Walter supports the vertical construction division, contributing to apartment builds, rehabilitation projects. Walter values the environment and camaraderie at Holland + Seals and is proud to be apart of a team focused on constant improvement and delivering quality results on time.
Outside of work, Walter enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and exploring nature. He also enjoys training his dog, working on and building trucks and cars, watching football, and spending quality time with family and friends. His faith and commitment to sharing God’s word are also important parts of his life and values.

Stephen Jones has been a cornerstone of the Holland + Seals team for over five years . Throughout his tenure, Stephen has successfully led and completed multiple large-scale multi-family remodel projects, playing a key role in the growth and continued development of Holland + Seals.

Known for his reliability, craftsmanship, and deep field knowledge, Stephen brings consistency and leadership to every project he touches. His experience and steady presence in the field help ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.

Outside of work, Stephen is a passionate outdoorsman and avid hunter. He maintains a homestead where he raises chickens and grows fresh fruits—often sharing the results with his coworkers, a reflection of his generosity and team-first mindset. Stephen calls Pike Road home, with his daughter Stevie, and 2 dogs.
