Cox Street Apartments is a student housing renovation project completed on a fast-track schedule during a 90-day summer break. Acting as the General Contractor, we managed the full scope of work across 43 units, including complete kitchen and bathroom upgrades, new showers, HVAC unit relocation, flooring installation, ceiling repairs, fresh paint, drywall replacement, trim and door updates. This comprehensive renovation transformed the apartments into modern, functional living spaces while meeting strict timelines and quality standards.
