King’s Way is a 56-unit senior living community in Valley, Alabama. As General Contractor, Holland + Seals managed the full build — from land clearing to final punch-out — across five buildings and roughly 60,000 square feet. The community centers on a clubhouse with a gathering space, full kitchen, office, and fitness room, surrounded by outdoor picnic pavilions and landscaped grounds. Completed in September 2026, King’s Way gives its residents a comfortable, welcoming place to call home.
