Our team served as the civil development contractor, delivering essential site infrastructure to support this vibrant neighborhood. The project included comprehensive grading, stormwater management systems, utility installation, and roadway construction to ensure long-term durability and compliance with city standards.
Northgate features a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and duettes, complemented by resort-style amenities such as a pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, playground, and green spaces. Our civil work laid the foundation for a community that blends modern living with functional design, providing residents with safe, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing surroundings.
