King’s Way is a new multi-family senior living community in Valley, Alabama, designed to provide comfort, convenience, and community for its residents. Acting as the General Contractor, we are managing the entire construction process—from land clearing to final punch-out—for this 60,000-square-foot development. The project includes 56 residential units, two outdoor picnic pavilions, and a central clubhouse featuring a community gathering space, office, and a small workout room. Our comprehensive approach ensures quality, safety, and timely delivery, creating a welcoming environment tailored to senior living needs.
