Lamplighter Lane was a 40-unit multi-family remodel project along with a community clubhouse with an office and workout center. The exterior scope of work included replacing exterior siding, roofing, stairs, irrigation, and landscaping; adding ADA-compliant sidewalks; and new asphalt and stripping. Inside the units, we replaced windows and doors, interior trim and doors, kitchen cabinets, bathroom showers and tubs, new electrical meeting code compliance, and new HVAC systems.
